Coaching is scheduled every Thursday starting at 5:00pm at the NRAC grounds. You need to be a registered member of our centre to participate in these coaching sessions.

Remember the canteen will not be operating - so remember to bring your water bottle.

The Management Committee of the North Rockhampton Athletics Centre (NRAC) would like to welcome all new and re-registering athletes to the 2012 season of athletics. We are looking forward to an exciting and fun-filled season for athletes and their families.

NRAC is now affiliated with both the Little Athletics Queensland (LAQ) and Athletics North Queensland (ANQ), offering membership for age groups between 4 to 99 years.

Our aim is to provide a friendly, helpful and supportive environment in which athletes and families can feel that they are valued members of our Centre. We have the best interests of all our Athletes at heart, and have designed a program for the season geared towards their enjoyment and participation. Parental involvement is welcomed and encouraged, and is vital for the smooth running of our competition days. No matter what, if any background in athletics you as parents may have, there is some way in which you can assist. A number of families have been involved with Athletics for many years, so there is always someone of experience to approach for assistance at any time.

If you have any concerns, comments or suggestions regarding the running of our Centre, please contact any of our Management Committee members and he/she will attempt to address those concerns.
